 Today, I'm going to review a pair of Super Barbie Romana lenses that I received recently, kindly sponsored by Pinky Paradise ( link : http://www.pinkyparadise.com/?Click=176524 )  :D !!  

I received a pair of Romana purple lenses ❤ on Luxury Babe's website , the promo pictures look like these :3

Actually I dont wear purple lenses that often primarily because I dont really think purple lenses blends in well with brown eyes ( so I usually use purple lenses only when Im cosplaying ) . However, I've been intrigued to try this design for a while though, because I have a hunch that these will look like iFairy's nova series when worn in the sense that it will blend in pretty nicely with brown irises since the colour isnt exactly opaque.   I've always thought "this will make a pretty pair of casual lenses" . However, every time Im buying lenses , I always choose semi-translucent lenses like ifairy's nova and romana but when the time to pay comes and I have to give up some of the lenses because I dont have enough budget , these are the ones which comes out of the bucket first too T_T... SO, I've never gotten the chance to try this until now ( have been getting more vibrant lenses as I dont really wear lenses casually ^^" --> spectacle girl normally ) 

Lets talk about the package now ;D  Basically, after waiting for a while, I was pretty excited when I saw that I have gotten this pair for a review :3 . Pinky Paradise's package arrived with a thick foam padding to ensure the lenses doesnt break en route :D As you can see, super barbie's lenses come in vials. Some of the more recent designs do come in plastic blister packaging though :3

I love the flower design - it looks so pretty >,<   (*‿*✿) have wanted to try this pair and finally now I can try it ^^ Without further ado , this is how  it looks  like when worn

Review :

Design ♥♥♥♡♡

I like the flower design :3 I've always loved lenses with pretty designs although whether it blends well into the eye is another matter. In this case, I feel that the design blends too well with the eyes such that its not really visible in the end. The edges are just slightly visible but while other people will notice that the lenses do have a design/pattern, its hard to make out what the design is.

Comfort ♥♥♥♥♡

These pair are really comfortable. I've never had any problems with Luxury Babe/ Super Barbie lenses before and this time, I wore it straight for about 6 hours and didnt experience any discomfort :3 

Enlargement ♥♥♥♥♡

Huge enlarging effects despite the supposed 14.5mm size. The limbus ring does its job well !

Colour ♥♥♥♡♡

I'll be straight and upfront with this.  The colour is awesome if you want to wear this as a natural lens ❤ ! It blends in well with my irises, enlarges pretty well and you can just tell a subtle hint of purple from the lenses when worn. So its great for natural/casual wear where you dont want your eye to scream out too loudly. That said, this pair of lenses isnt one I'd use for cosing. The colour is great on flash and bright light but its still not exactly bright and doesnt scream "PURPLE!" . 

In conclusion:

Will I buy it again ? 

I'll probably buy it again to try out the other colour since it does have a pretty design and I quite love how it is pretty wearable for casual-wear / natural-look :3

Lens Review ❤ i.Fairy ❤ Kirei Green Review ( ・ω・`)//~~

Hello Minna-san,

 Today, I'm going to review a pair of iFairy Kirei Green lenses that I received quite a while ago, kindly sponsored by ifairycon.com :D !! Lately I have been looking for vibrant green lenses and I thought Kirei green looks pretty nice ;D I mean, look at how they gleam in the promo picture!! xD 

Initially, I was quite skeptical about whether the promo picture will reflect how it looks in real life :( After all many lenses look nicer in the promo picture than in real life *sigh* . Looking at the design though, it has yellow inner ring which I have observed will help make the lens design look more vibrant in real life. 

So after musing over it for a while I submitted my choice to iFairycon and decided to review this pair of beauties ;D. iFairycon's package arrived bubble wrapped nicely soon after (they really work fast!! :D!!)  They've also included a cute lens case ;D (the "ears" on the lens case's caps makes it easier to open/close the case ;D)

Review :

Design ♥♥♥♥♡

I love the design! Before I tried the pair, I was actually really worried if the green will show. I kept asking myself, "The green looks really faint, will it show on brown eyes?" / "will the green be too transparent to counteract my dark eye colour?" / "will the green show at all?" After trying, I'd say I'm pretty happy :) The yellow ring does enhance the green colour in pictures and under window/camera lighting :). The design on the outer rim does show a bit and you can see a visible green ring just inside the limbus ring ;D (the outer black ring) 

Comfort ♥♥♥♥♡

As with most iFairy lenses, I find these pair pretty comfortable. My eyes adjusted pretty quickly and I wore it for 7-8 hours on my first day without any discomfort :) 

Enlargement ♥♥♥♥♡

These are a huge pair ;D !! iFairy is around 16,2mm if I'm not mistaken and yep, it does enlarge a lot ! ;D 

Colour ♥♥♥♡♡

The green does show fabulously on camera (even under shadowy lighting!) However, its not opaque (the green is slightly translucent) and thus , although the lucency does make it blend nicely with our natural eye colour , the green doesnt pop out .  :( Despite looking not too bright off camera, I am not sure why but it shows up pretty well on both phone camera and a DSLR ❤  !!! O3O and my friends can tell very clearly from a few meters away that I am wearing a pair of green lenses. So if you want a pair of vibrant green lenses that is suitable for casual wear, this is one to consider when you want it about 50% vibrant :3 . It pairs up nicely with gyaru eye make up ❤. But if you're looking for something GLARING / OPAQUE (ie.for cosplay , halloween etc) this is a good pair for photoshoot (because it shows well on camera :D) and you can consider it for events (it won't scream "GREEEEEEN" but will rather show a mellow gleaming kind of green ;D) Lastly, the green here veer more towards aqua green than grass green ,so some people may not expect it as it looks more like grass green on the promotinal picture - just an extra information as you may want to take this into account especially if you are a coser who seeks accuracy ;) 

In conclusion:

Will I buy it again ? 

Yep!!! I think it has a pretty gleam of green both for daily use and for photoshoots when you actually have proper lighting to bring out the colour in your lenses. So yep, I'll probably get a pair again after this pair becomes unusable just to stock up in case I need one pair for a shoot or just for casual wear ;D

The lenses' colour on the outside and inside is different ! O.O unlike most other lenses, these are lighter on the inner side and more brownish/darker on the outer side. But the outer side is the side that is seen anyway O.O (so just pointing out this fact ... )

The design is pretty but nothing eye catching . But this is exactly why I chose this. It is not so eye catching so it enables you to still look natural while wearing them

love it ! ^^ the black rim does help in creating the eye-enlarging  effects :D

Colour ♥♥♥♥♡

Not so obvious while remaining obvious enough to give your eyes that "gleam/shine" :3 however, this isnt a colour that will appear in pictures easily :// it took me some tries to capture the dim/bright light picture above TAT;; and the picture below is the only one where the colour actually  shows (in other pictures , they somehow looks grey/green depending on lighting OTL...)  **See LAST picture below**

Will I buy it again ?
