Hello Minna-san !!!!

Am very happy because, guess what ?? 

Amane-chan and I was able to get the chance to interview BabyMetal last week !!

(special thanks to CutePop and SOZO) 

For those of you who are not familiar with BABY METAL , here's some of their songs :D 

Rather than dishing a hardcore heavy metal on a rugged metallic dish , they handed it over on a silver platter with a touch of fierce moe!!! ;D

Without further ado, the interview !!! 

Q1. Su-Metal:

We heard that you've studied at ASH with your sister, how do you find studying there feels like? What are some of the differences from a normal school?

At ASH, we undergo basic training for singing and dancing , but we dont only focus on performance skills. I love the fact that we were also encouraged to choose our own songs , make our own costumes etc.

Q2. Moa-Metal:

We've heard that Moa's dream is to be a seiyuu. Is there any particular inspiration or reason why so?

Firstly , this is because I am an avid anime-lover (my current favorite is Love Live !!! ) As for inspiration , I love Minami Kotori's seiyuu!!

Q3. Yui-Metal:

So we've heard this going around: Do you eat a tomato everyday? Why is that so?
Yes. I love how tomato tastes like and even in between dance lessons' break , I will snack on tomatoes. I also grow my own tomatoes at home. 

Q4. What i BABY METAL's Dream Stage like?

As for that , we have to continue waiting for the Fox God's intructions on what we have to overcome/can achieve. 

Q5. Please send a message to the fans of BABYMETAL here in Singapore.
Since this is not our first time in Singapore anymore , we look forward to seeing them especially now that they're more familiar with us!! We also would very much love to come back again next time around !

We were rushing down to the place because I finished school late , and as if it couldnt get worse, it started raining and none of us had umbrella OTL.... (thanks so much to Tuea for opening the doors for us during that rainy day :')  ) 

We managed to interview Baby Metal though *squeal of joy* 

and after that , we had Ramen lunch with the other media people :3

(The only picture Amane-chan and I had tgt wahahahaha xD ) 

I wore highlights because I dont really have a set of apparels that screamed "METAL!!!!!" hahaha ^^" and  mainly because I was rushing >,< First time wearing highlights and doing make up  on bus and got stared at like crazy OTL

The girls at Baby Metal are very very friendly and although they're much younger than me (already an auntie hahaha x'D ) they manage to exude this mysterious aura as well ;D 

You just have to see for yourself !!

All that being said , 

Congratulations for a successful concert , All the best for your upcoming overseas concerts and we hope to see BABY METAL again in the near future !!!! :D

With a 4 year history , COSMO Youth Parade  is an event which cosplayers wont want to miss xD  !!! This year ,on behalf of CutePop , I had the privilege to be invited for the Pre-event Media Interview with King x Mon, Misa, Yui & Saffron , who were in Singapore as part of Cosmo Youth Parade’s cosplay exchange!!

During the Press Conference,  the reporters are allowed to get close and personal to the cosplayers ! xD And for that , I felt really really grateful, excited and terribly lucky !!!

The Press Conference itself was pretty casual ;D as you can see :

( just kidding , kidding ok ~ ;D hahaha)

And what I was most thankful for on that day is :

It was one day before COSMO Youth Parade itself and during the meet and greet , we had some insights into the cosplayers' reason for cosplaying and their opinion regarding some topics ;D 

Which one do you prefer ? Self tailored costume or purchased one ?

the majority prefers self-tailored ones as it gives better fit and they enjoy the process of the costume's creation ;D

Favorite Anime /Manga ? 

King (Slam Dunk) , Mon(Zone 00) , Misa (Neon Genesis Evangelion ), Saffron (Speed Racer) , YUI (Full metal Alchemist)

King : "I am going to have a Slam Dunk photoshoot with a group at the end of this year . The shoots should be released by November and amongst this group of guys cosplayers, there are only 2 girls including me , so the girls have a really tough time trying to buff up *laughs* " 

Misa :  I love evangelion and so far I've done many many shoots in order to prepare myself for my favorite series. Now that I am more confident and experienced, I'm starting to cosplay characters from Evangelion , starting from Asuka :D

Saffron : I dont think anyone knows of this series. I'm pretty old *laughs* its called *insert chinese title* --> ( in the end we figured it seemed to be 'speed racer' / Maha Go! :3)

YUI  : I love FMA ! In fact ,Roy Mustang is the first few characters that I cosplayed and I am going to have a re-shoot for his character !! 

So, that's all for COSMO Guest Cosplayers' Interview ~~ xD I apologize for the delay in this post as you see... My scholl schedule is pretty much crazy these few weeks and there are events every single weekends TAT from MinnaCon to Cosmo, then Cosfest TAT and I took pains to edit the piccies kay~~ ;D heheheeee~~~ 

But I'm very thankful for this chance to meet these awesome cosplayers !!  (✪㉨✪) !!!

So I was at Bugis , waiting for them to appear !

Sadly, because the area in front of the stage is small this time, only 1 of us can go in ,

 Meanwhile, I stationed myself on the second floor to get a better view

Mami-san may be a bit difficult to spot because she had pastel purple hair (OMG !!! I really really love her hair colour xD !!! )
